l - Advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA/GAID) and engagement metrics (screens viewed, session length, taps).
l - Crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.
l - Approximate location derived from IP or device settings when enabled.
l C) Data from partners:
l - Analytics, attribution, and ad partners may provide aggregated or inferred information about installs, ad interactions, or campaign performance.
We process personal data only when we have a valid legal basis under GDPR:
l - Provide and operate the App, enable features, and fulfill your requests 每 Art. 6(1)(b) (contract).
l - Improve, secure, and debug the App (analytics, crash diagnostics, fraud prevention) 每 Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests).
l - Personalize content/ads and send optional marketing (where applicable) 每 Art. 6(1)(a) (consent).
l - Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests 每 Art. 6(1)(c) (legal obligation).
l - Deliver core functionality and synchronize your progress across devices.
l - Communicate with you about updates, support, and service-related notices.
l - Perform analytics to understand usage and improve features and stability.
l - Show contextual or personalized content/ads subject to your choices.
l - Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
We and our service providers may use cookies, mobile SDKs, and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure performance, attribute installs, and (with consent where required) deliver personalized advertising. You can reset your device Advertising ID (IDFA/GAID) and limit ad personalization in your device settings.
We do not sell personal data for money. We may share information only as follows:
l - Service providers that process data on our behalf (e.g., analytics, cloud hosting, customer support).
l - Advertising/attribution partners to measure campaign performance and, where permitted, to deliver personalized ads.
l - Legal and safety: to comply with law, protect rights, or respond to lawful requests.
l - Business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including outside the EEA/UK. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission*s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to protect your personal data.
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the App, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. When no longer necessary, we delete or anonymize data.
EEA/UK users have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
California residents may exercise rights under CCPA/CPRA, including: to know categories and specific pieces of personal information collected; to delete or correct personal information; to opt out of ※sharing§ for cross-context behavioral advertising; and to be free from discrimination for exercising rights. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where applicable.
How to exercise your rights: Use in-app settings (where available) to manage analytics/ads preferences, or contact us using the details below. We will verify your request and respond within the time frames required by law.
Our App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, e.g., 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe we may have collected a child*s data may contact us to request deletion.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, data minimization). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
l A) California ※Notice at Collection§ (past 12 months):
l - Identifiers (e.g., device IDs, advertising IDs), internet/usage data, coarse location, in‑app purchases (where applicable).
l - We do not sell personal data for money; we may ※share§ identifiers with ad partners for cross‑context behavioral advertising unless you opt out.
l B) EEA/UK Supervisory Authorities:
l - You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (e.g., the ICO in the UK, or your EU member state DPA).
l - Marketing communications: use unsubscribe links in emails or contact us.
l - Ads personalization: use in‑app settings (if provided) and your device settings to limit ad tracking or reset your Advertising ID.
l - Cookies/SDKs: manage permissions in your device OS and App settings.
The App may contain links to third‑party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing personal information.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the ※Last updated§ date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law.
